Please read this disclosure carefully before subscribing to or using BIDZ. By purchasing a subscription you confirm that you have read and understood it.
1. The nature of trading
Trading foreign exchange, precious metals, stock indices, contracts for difference (CFDs), futures and other leveraged products involves a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of your trading capital. With leveraged products, losses can occur quickly and can be large relative to the capital deposited.
2. What BIDZ provides
BIDZ is a charting and alerting tool for TradingView. It displays structured market setups — a direction, an Entry level, a Take Profit level and a Stop Loss level — and can trigger alerts. BIDZ provides structure, information, alerts and defined levels.
BIDZ is not a broker, investment adviser, portfolio manager or fund. It does not execute trades, access your trading account, or hold your money. Nothing BIDZ displays is personal investment advice or a recommendation that a particular trade is suitable for you.
3. No guarantee of outcome
- BIDZ does not guarantee profitable outcomes, and does not prevent losses.
- Every trading setup carries the possibility of loss, including the Stop Loss being reached.
- A Stop Loss being triggered is a normal possible outcome of a trading strategy. A single losing setup does not, by itself, establish that the BIDZ indicator is defective or malfunctioning.
- Sequences of consecutive losing setups can and do occur.
4. Why individual results differ
BIDZ provides the trading setup; individual results vary with execution and risk management. Your result on any setup depends not only on the signal, but also on:
- position size and account balance;
- leverage and risk per trade;
- when and at what price you enter;
- spreads, commissions, swaps and other trading fees;
- slippage, gaps and broker execution quality;
- market conditions, liquidity and news events;
- differences between your broker's prices and TradingView's data feed;
- whether you followed the setup, or changed the Entry, Take Profit or Stop Loss; and
- whether you applied appropriate risk management.
5. Small accounts
A small account is highly sensitive to position size, leverage, spread and Stop Loss distance. For example, a customer depositing $30 should understand that a single Stop Loss can result in a meaningful percentage loss of that account, and that minimum position sizes offered by a broker may represent a large share of it. A small deposit does not make trading safer, and BIDZ does not encourage the use of excessive leverage.
6. Past performance
Any performance information BIDZ publishes is labelled as live, historical, backtested or simulated, together with its period, market, timeframe and limitations. Past, historical, backtested and simulated results are not guarantees or reliable indicators of future results. Backtested and simulated results have inherent limitations: they are prepared with hindsight, may not reflect real execution costs or slippage, and do not involve financial risk.
7. Technology risk
BIDZ depends on third-party services including TradingView, data providers, internet connectivity and notification delivery. Alerts may be delayed or not delivered, data may be inaccurate, and indicators may repaint or differ across data feeds. Do not rely on any single alert as the sole basis for a decision.
8. Your responsibility
You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, your position sizing and your risk. Never risk capital you cannot afford to lose. If you are unsure whether trading is appropriate for you, seek advice from an independent, appropriately licensed financial adviser.
9. Acknowledgement
Before purchasing, BIDZ asks you to actively confirm: “I understand that trading financial markets involves substantial risk and that BIDZ does not guarantee profits or prevent losses.”
