These Terms govern your access to the BIDZ website, customer portal and the BIDZ TradingView indicator (together, the “Service”). By creating an account you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Risk Disclosure.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
2. The Service
BIDZ provides a charting and alerting indicator that displays structured market setups. BIDZ does not provide investment advice, does not execute trades, and does not guarantee any outcome. See the Risk Disclosure, which forms part of these Terms.
3. Subscription and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Prices are shown before purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
- If a renewal payment fails, your subscription becomes past due. Access may continue for a short grace period and is then revoked until payment succeeds.
- Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.
4. Licence and acceptable use
While your subscription is active, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the BIDZ indicator on the TradingView account you register with us. You must not share, resell, sublicense, reverse engineer, copy or redistribute the indicator, its signals or alerts, or attempt to circumvent access controls. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Third-party services
The indicator runs on TradingView, which is operated independently under its own terms. BIDZ is not affiliated with TradingView. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and any warranty that the Service will produce profitable results.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIDZ is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
8. Suspension and termination
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, chargebacks or security concerns.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in your dashboard before they take effect.
